My Hope Chest Founder/CEO Nominated for Woman of the Year

My Hope Chest Founder/CEO Alisa Savoretti has been nominated for the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s “Woman of the Year 2012.” With a total of 52 nominees, Alisa is one of only seven women representing non-profit organizations in this year’s selection list. This will be the third year in-a-row that Alisa has been nominated, and she hopes to be chosen as the winner this year, as any publicity for her will be automatic exposure for My Hope Chest in Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. The Business Journal’s website does not elaborate on how they select the winner, but we did find this quick excerpt:

“The Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2012 BusinessWoman of the Year Awards gala is a celebration of the accomplishments of successful businesswomen in the Bay area. The formal event will be held Friday, August 17 at Innisbrook Golf Resort.”

If Alisa is chosen, we will post an update immediately!
