Without the generosity of our wonderful doctors participating in these programs and changing our patient’s lives forever, My Hope Chest could not exist. We hope that should you require any of the services these great doctors specialize in, you will consider these exceptional doctors.

New Orleans is home to the first hospital in the country with a complete and total treatment program for women seeking the most advanced methods of breast reconstruction utilizing the body’s own tissue (DIEP, SIEA and GAP flap procedures). They formed a generous partnership with My Hope Chest in 2010.
The Bilateral Simultaneous Gap Reconstruction (SGAP Flap) and the Stacked Flap (Stacked DIEP) Reconstruction are revolutionizing breast reconstruction surgery. Dr. DellaCroce and Dr. Sullivan were the first surgeons in the world to develop a protocol that allows those seeking reconstruction of both breasts the option of reconstruction in one operation when the tummy tissue is insufficient. Best Doctors, Inc. recently named both Dr. DellaCroce and Dr. Sullivan, one of the “Best Doctors in America.”
“I continue to be humbled by the impact this work has, both on the women I treat and the people who care about them. The effects of breast reconstruction have the capacity to transcend the surgical techniques, providing the final link in the circle of treatment, a return to wholeness, and an overall sense of recovery.”
~ Frank J. DellaCroce, MD, FACS, co-founder of the Center for Restorative Breast Surgery and the St. Charles Surgical Hospital, the only hospital in the world dedicated to breast reconstruction for women facing breast cancer.
“My hope is to enhance the quality of care to our patients by making available to them the most innovative and progressive treatments possible.”
~ Scott K. Sullivan, MD, FACS, co-founder of the Center for Restorative Breast Surgery (CRBS), and the St. Charles Surgical Hospital, the only hospital in the world dedicated to breast reconstruction for women facing breast cancer.
